We are fee-only advisors, which means that we are compensated only by our clients. Included in our presentation packet is a detailed outline of our fee structure.
For a complete financial plan, we generally require a minimum fee of $4,500.
For clients who choose ongoing financial planning services and investment advisory implementation services, we generally require a financial planning minimum retainer of $5,000 (which includes the initial plan preparation) plus a fee for investment implementation based on the assets under management as follows:

The above fees are minimum fees. Depending on the specific client circumstances and the amount of implementation services required, a client may pay more than the minimum fee for the plan and its implementation. We may charge a lesser minimum fee based upon certain criteria (i.e. existing financial planning client, anticipated future earning capacity, anticipated future additional assets, dollar amount of assets to be managed, related accounts, account composition, negotiations
with client, etc.)
A client can terminate the contract engagement at any time, and the balance of any unearned fee will be refunded.
There are some instances in which we work with clients by the project or on an hourly basis.
Your retainer agreement will contain the specific information of how your retainer fee is calculated.
